You can get a better one for less $ at Target.

Over priced and packed badly. You can get a slightly larger, better quality lamp at Target for around $25. Also, it was shipped in the actual box it comes in. Not an additional box to protect it. Because of this, the lamp shade was creased.
It is a small lamp but I like it very much

It is a small lamp but I like it very much, gives enough light to read a book and it does not take too much space and the turn on/off string works perfect.

these lamps were the perfect size for what I needed. Very happy with them and they were delivered promptly and very well packaged. 4/25/15 I'm back 1 and 1/2 months later and am disappointed because the cord just broke right off when I went to turn one on. Of course, the day after I posted the 1st review was the last date for an eligible return. I love the look of these but not so sure I would have ordered them if I knew they would only last a few months. Trying to decide whether to replace the one...
