Packaging is really quite nice. Labels on everything and it really sells you on the fact the item does something. "Warning" stickers and 4 sets of "be careful" labels gives you the impression you have purchased something strong. The reality is, this product does nothing but take up space. Water quality is just like it was before. I should have taken to heart all the articles on the net talking about the fact there is no scientific basis behind magnetic water softener tech. I was sold by flashy packaging and labels. I should have known better.
So far it is great!!!

VERY EASY INSTALL. LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE PICTURES. It has been about a month since I installed the unit. I have noticed our copper/ceramic sinks no longer are covered with white build up after it dries. My black coffee mug gets rinsed everynight and used to have build up on it when i filled in morning, not anymore. We have a small farm and avocado Grove. We use 10,000 to 30,000 gallons a month. Can't tell you for a few months till our season is over but it appears our fruit and avocado trees are blooming more than ever. This gamble is already making a difference. Extremely satisfied with my purchase and will update after crops come in.

It takes awhile before the magnet works throughout the complete system, 3 - 4 months, but if it works as it says I'll have saved thousands of dollars.
This product is a MUST for anyone with hard well water!!!

Our water is so hard, not only does everything get white spots, our water heaters sounded like microwave popcorn. Sometimes it is so loud, I'm afraid it's gonna blow up! I have tried every product on the market to eliminate the black hard water rings in the toilets (I have 4). NOTHING works!! This not only has solved that problem, we have NO more popping in our hot water tanks!
