This is great if you are on a serious Ketogenic diet

This is great if you are on a serious Ketogenic diet. It provides you with the potassium lacking typically on a restrictive diet. I was really dehydrated no matter how much water I drank. Actually the more water you drink you flush out the Potassium to keep you hydrated. This product allowed me to drink less water and stay hydrated throughout the diet. Fewer leg cramps and dry lips. I would say a must have!
This is a good product

We use this daily in the smoothie. Seems to help our energy levels and my skin felt softer. We use coconut water and pomegranate juice and other supplements from this company in the smoothie It really has helped us.
Pass me some potassium...

I sweat a lot, lose all sorts of electrolytes, and feel all achy when this potassium I don't takey. Don't take on an empty stomach, and careful with the dosage. I use maybe 1/2 teaspoon at most when participating in heavy sweating activities. Mixes down to nothing in a little water or in the morning shake. It can make your peehole sting a bit, too.
Great value and convenience compared to capsules

Product came on time and undamaged.

The daily value shown on labels (like the back of this package,) is based on the recommendation of 3500mg of Potassium for a 2000 calorie diet, even though the daily value set forth by others would be around the 4700mg range due to American eating habits. About 36% of this powder is Potassium while ~64% is Citric Acid (base on labeling.)

1 tsp of this (5000mg) would have about 1800 mg of Potassium while it would also have 3200mg of Citric Acid.

2 tsp of this, if measure correctly, would give 3600mg of Potassium, more than enough to fulfill the requirement for the 2000 calorie diet, but still short for a 4700mg Potassium diet.

2 1/2 tsp of this would give you ~4500mgs of Potassium.

Value for the money? Definitely better than the useless capsule of Potassium you can get OTC in almost any regular store and/or pharmacy, but due to the nature of Potassium, people who are going through this route to fulfill the daily needs of potassium should do so with some caution.

Taste wise? Grab your favorite beverage and dilute it with the powder. The stronger the flavor of your beverage, the easier it might be to swallow. It will either be an acquired taste, like Potassium Salt, or it may be hard to get used to. It definitely is easier to drink down compared to Potassium Chloride when used as a salt substitute. If anything it taste much like the Creatine supplements you get in jugs.
Very Good Product. Will likely "up" star rating after dialing in delivery (so I can enjoy benefits w/out activating IBS)

Pleased with purchase. I needed to interrupt my initial trial due to family issues, so can't give the full 5 start treatment yet, but believe there is definite merit to this product. A very helpful product, doing what it should -- (great for avoiding post-run cramps). So far, though, I've had gastric / IBS issues occur, and so I'm going to need to keep tweaking time of day I take this (likely morning, with meal, rather than before run, on empty stomach) in order to enjoy it best. I enjoy using this along with D-Ribose, which I feel is also excellent for workouts. All 3 of my purchases with this company arrived in great shape, clean, and easy to use. One "small" thing: It'd be nice to see the inclusion of mini-scoops, since the micro-dose partial teaspoons are a bit tricky to gauge.
