l'm using Windows 7 64-bit and this program just would not work. I could be in the middle of a project and would get the message "Print Artist has encountered a problem and must shut down." I was unable to finish even one attempted project. I did get so far as to have a shipping label designed, and was attempting to print and got the message again. I've been using card programs and designing since the early 80s, and have yet to use a program with this many problems. Possibly it was just the disc I received, however I don't think so. I would very much appreciate the company advising me if they think this may be the case.
