Delish! I made this salad the night before a party (mixed the dressing and added it just before leaving), and it was a hit! I will say, one box would feed a family of 4, as a small side item. I made 4 boxes for the party, 16-18 people, and it was gone fairly quickly. I'll attribute that to the fantastic taste!
