This is a great mat, I personally stand on it 8 hours a day, most days and when I do need to sit, I don't have to worry about rolling a chair on it and damaging it, very heavy duty, but also enough support for daily standing.

Had the mat only a few weeks, already showing signs of wear in several areas. I don't believe this mat will last too long. Definitely not worth the price, due to the lack of durability. Disappointing.
