Cute jacket, very easy to put on and take off since there's no sleeves. Great for traveling or hiking or rainy days. Love the large velcro flaps. This jacket is also very waterproof. Nice feel to the material, probably the softest and most flexible raincoat I've found. The underside is very soft, not sure if it's fleece or microfiber but it feels soft and warm (thin so it doesn't add bulk). The reflective pattern is a nice bonus (very reflective). True to size/length. If you get the right size then no worries about a male dog urinating on the back flap (lenient velcro available to snug it up as you see fit). This is a rare gem of a jacket that comes in many colors/styles and the dog doesn't mind it being put on so this gets 5 stars!!

The media could not be loaded. I love love love this coat I bought for my short-haired and thin-coat dog. It's so easy to put on and take off. I like the adjustability with the Velcro so that I can tighten it more around my dog's belly towards the back (vs near the front at the depth of her chest). The Velcro makes it super easy to fit the coat on my dog. I find zippers and snaps more difficult to use and not as adjustable. I also like that the coat covers past my dog's tail so she doesn't have cold water running down her rump and legs. I also find the bright colors (yellow and orange) perfect colors for my dog to wear during hunting season. I often go trail riding, so that's a HUGE importance to me for my dog, horse, and myself.

I only wish I had bought another one for a spare when the coat gets dirty. Now the price has gone up. Darn...

This jacket has been great! It keeps our 11 lbs schnauzer mix (4.5 month old puppy) dry and warm. We are in Vermont for a long weekend and it has snowed/rained while we are here. We have gone on a few walks thus far and it really has done the job. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was that it took 3 attempts to get the right size (the size 12 ended up being the right fit with room to grow). Also the jacket is short enough underneath so he has room to pee freely but still being covered.

UPDATE: Still love the jacket and really like the fact that I can easily access his harness through the jacket. Would buy again.

This is perfect. My dog is a large chihuahua mix weighing about 17 lbs, 19-20" at the widest part of her chest and about 15" from neck to tail while standing. The size 14 fits like a dream. It seems custom because it is so easy to adjust the fit with the big velcro-type fastener patches. It is a great alternative to the floppy raincoat she had that was a little too large and wasn't insulated. Great for when it's cold and snowy to keep my pup warm and dry. Love the one piece construction and the T chest panel design that doesn't require me to lift her legs or put anything over her head. Probably not warm enough for the really, really cold days but since it is not bulky and fits so well she moves more freely and she can keep herself warmer.

Great Jacket/raincoat for my furbaby. We bought a yellow one at a pet store and liked it and used it so much that we bought this green one. Definitely prefer the RC Cascade fleece lined jacket (yellow one pictured). The green Venture Jacket kinda turns up a little near the tail. Good for 40-60 deg temps. We went hiking in Seattle with it.
