These are awful!

They are a complete joke! I don't even know where to begin! The flames are super tiny and barely give off any light. Not to mention, the "bulbs" aren't replaceable if someone wanted a larger (think night light) bulb to replace them ~ the bulb is in the top, which makes the connection to the battery. The silver tone bases on two are crooked. Either it's the base, or it's the candle themselves that don't sit right in the base, and if the candle doesn't sit properly in the base, the connection isn't made and the bulb doesn't go on. And that's not even the worse part of these; I purchased these because of their 4 hour timer function. Two of these candles would have gone in downstairs windows, and two upstairs. Well, there's only one remote to control them, which means I can't turn the candles on, or off, without going into each individual room with the remote.
Bleah. Back these went and I don't recommend them:(

While we love the look of these candles, we were hoping for them to perform much better than they do! The light is good and they stand up well, but that's all I have for "likes". The timer function is, thus far, extremely flawed. After turning on 12 candles at the same time to place in our windows, on day 2 only about half turned back on. We made the necessary adjustments. But since then, the actual timing of the timers is off. Some come on right at 5 as we set them, some don't come on until 5:30 or later, others turn on early around 4:30. For the amount of money we paid for the candles, they should certainly function much better!
It would be nice to have the ability to choose exactly what time to turn on and how long you'd like them on - 5 hours is less than we would choose but these seemed like the best option on the market at the time.
Buy these if you don't mind constantly having to fix them!

Beautiful cordless candles

I am so pleased with these candles. It is nice to not have any cords to deal with. Batteries are included! I bought suction cup clips to attach them to my windows -- just a personal preference. I have wanted candles like these for the Christmas season for many years.
FYI: At first I thought one of the four candles was defective. I contacted their customer service. I received a prompt response and was issued a replacement candle right away. Turns out that was an error on my part. I did not have the candle screwed together correctly. Since the issue resolved itself, I cancelled the replacement candle. Their customer service staff was helpful, patient and very courteous.

Purchased two sets of these lights. One of the eight did not work. Requested a replacement and finally got one almost a month later. The replacement does not work either. There were numerous emails back and forth as the company sent emails instructing how to correct the problem as they had many complaints from other customers. For the price being charged the overall quality of the product is not impressive and of course the non-working items and the customer service did not impress me at all. I would never buy these again or recommend them to anyone else.

Worked only after modifications

Quite disappointed in these. None of the candles worked after following explicit instructions. Thankfully, my husband is knowledgeable regarding currents. He discovered none of the candles had productive connectivity and modified each one to make them work. Still, this took almost an hour to figure out and was pretty frustrating. Also, there was absolutely no battery tab to pull as the instructions said. 2 stars since they did finally function after my husband's work.
