Missing Items

We received these cash drawers but there was a missing item, the RJ45 Cord, which is necessary in order to set up the cash drawer and is included in the instructions given with the printer.

This is a really well made, substantial, cash drawer. The insert is definitely not cheaply made at all, has all the dividers we need for each denomination of bills and coins. The mechanism works perfectly, and the lock is secure. We bought it to use as part of our POS system, and we are definitely happy with how it has performed for us.
