these where the perfect solution for my designer glasses which were sticking to my brow and constantly bothering my lashes, and even getting misted by vapour from my cheeks in summer, these pads raised them at the correct level and put them further away from my face so they weren't bothering me. however after 4 weeks the glue started leaving the pad and only left on my glasses i don't mind i ordered them knowing that this will happen i can totally reuse them with my glue. its better than throwing my glasses away.

Contrary to other reviews, my nose pads have not come off since I applied it two weeks ago. It's a butterfly type so I decided to cut the part the goes outside of my frames. Event though I did this the pads were still fairly noticeable. As far as their actual purpose (anti-slip) I find that they still slip off my nose frequently. This is probably because I have very oily skin and I'm asian so it makes it very hard to actually have glasses in general. They're okay for the price. Not sure I'll buy again. Once they wear out I'll probably just go back to using my glasses without them.

I got these since my glasses I ordered from Zenni optical were constantly falling down my face. These are better than optimal. Before I saw these I was adjusting my plastic frames with hot water, pure might and even multiple visits to eyeglass store locations.
When they arrived I was hesitant at first glance that 2.5mm were too big, in fact they are. My secret to a perfect fit was discovered after wasting about 3 or 4 of the ten packets. Using only one piece of this material I was able to place it right on top of where my nose would rest on the glasses or right under where the bottom of the bridge is.
This keeps my eyeglasses from slipping down my face and provides a very comfy fit. Check it out.

Good for transition lens

Is the corrective aspect for far-sightedness on your transition lens seemingly weak? In other words, when trying to read through the bottom of the lens, is the letters soft? It might just be that your lens is not positioned correctly on your face. To test this, read like you would normally do. Then, slowly push up the glasses while still reading. Do things become more clear? If they do, then, you need these pushups. For those with glasses with large lenses, these pushups work the best, as the corrective part for reading is at the bottom of the lens, and these pads are needed to elevate the glasses so that the reading part of the lens is easier to access. I have RayBan 5184's, which saw much improvement in reading with these pads. However, for me, the clear silicone pads would look better on these particular RayBans. Ordered the clear.
Not recommend if you ware trifocals

Way too thick....they caused my glasses to sit differently on my nose and so changed the focal area....and....I found myself constantly fussing with them trying to find just the right place to set them on my nose....tilting my head up....then down....just so I could see clearly....I might add that I wear trifocals so it got very frustrating....after using 2 pairs I decided to give up...eat the cost....and use them as dust collectors
