I'm 5'2 I wear a size 6-8 in jeans and dresses, I got a size medium and it was perfect. Especially if it's you're first time wearing one of these you don't want to go to small, it hurts it's not gonna be pleasant for you if you get one that's too small. I wore mine to work under my uniform and for the first week I wore it on the largest setting, then I worked my way up to the second setting when I got comfortable. I wore it to the gym a few times but I took it off for some work outs because it got a little hard to breath. I liked to do my squats, lunges and deadlifts with it because it helped me with my form, But for me running on the treadmill with it, and any kind of high intensity cardio was too much with the waistband. This might not be the case for everyone, my girlfriend wore hers at the tightest setting the whole time and she was fine. All in all I recommend the product, it's good quality, I've had mine for 2 years now and it's still got life in it. Don't expect to magically lose weight from it, that's a huge misconception. Also know your body and know when to take it off. I don't use mine anymore because I'm expecting, but once I'm able to, I will be using this product again. Just a word of advice, listen to your body and know when to take it off. If you start off at the tightest setting and you've never used this product or anything like it before, you'll bruise weather you wear it over or under clothes.

I love this product so far!! Ive had it for a little over a week and wore it for about 4 or 5 days and the results are great so far!. I'm 5'4" 150lbs, my waist (not belly button) was 30.5in and i ordered the XL. I got it shipped to my job so when i got it i tried it on right away. I will say the very first time you put it on, you are going to need help hooking it. I had to have my co worker help me but ive been able to do it on my own ever since. Its amazing when it comes to support and posture. I sit at a computer all day for work and im always slouched over and this product definitely helps give me good posture. Im top heavy and im always complaining my back hurts but this trainer helps with the pain. So far im excited for the results ive been getting. Im already down half an inch and on the second set of hooks. The fabric on the inside made was great for making my stomach sweat. The outter latex was great for sucking everything in. I had the PERFECT hour glass figure! Im starting a waist trainer movement at work. I have my coworker buying a large for me and im going to give her my xl since im already on the second set of hooks.So this time we ordered the 3 hooks to keep it longer and not have to buy a smaller size right away. Even two of the guys were saying they wanted to buy one!! I will suggest using this as an everyday waist trainer but not for working out. So a few days after purchasing this i ordered the work out trainer and i love that one too!! I read some reviews about people getting a knock off product but i will say the both of them i got were legit Ann Chery. Came in the Ann Chery packaging and had the right tags on it. Even says its made in Columbia. I didnt take any before pictures but once i get the new size i will so everyone can see my progress.

I wore the trainer 1 time, went back to wear it for the second time and this what was in it when I opened it up. Never had this happen with no other trainer!!!!

Just got two of this product and I can tell it is NOT ORIGINAL. Neither the package or the waist cincher have the name Ann Chery on it and it is from China. Also it is not made with látex as it's supposed to be. I'm completely frustrated with this purchase. Beware! Fake product!

I ordered a 36(L) because my waist is a 34. I had to lay flat to put it on lol I was able to wear it for 40mins. You're supposed to start off with 2-3hrs but I knew I wouldn't last that long. Not painful just tight. It works for my shape and great underneath clothes. I will definitely continue to use this.
