I have quit drinking for medical reasons, but I miss the taste of Irish. Mixed with filtered water, I can enjoy the taste still.

I purchased this to experiment with alcohol-free mocktails, and boy was I surprised. 1/8-1/2 tsp in an 8 oz drink is a quite reasonable facsimile of the real thing in a mocktail. My Nigh-rish coffee is outstanding. Also made a decent faux Manhattan (+water, bitters, orange). This particular brand beat out 3 others, hands down. Only complaint is that the little lid, once opened, won't close again so you have to find an alternate container.

Thought bottles were larger so I need to pay a little better attention before ordering. A bit pricey for the amount you actually get but there again my bad. I will write final review after sampling the product at a later date.
