The picture shows a set of NINE candle holder inserts. I received SIX. Not useful

We've had our first set for over 15 years and got a second set finally for a new menorah. The first set is still in excellent condition and the new set looks like it's just as well made as the first set I bought.
The product was packaged well and came in good condition, but are not working for my purpose

The product was packaged well and came in good condition, but are not working for my purpose. I bought them to be a preventative against wax dripping on my Hanukkiah. They fit so loosely that the candles flop from side to side and I could not use them for fear of causing a fire.

Product did not come in a case, instead it came in a man ni bag. Material is not sturdy but rather thin compared to other candle holders I own. I was disappointed.
