works very well and passes high quality audio from computers, and instruments.
IT's OK but do not use without a mixer; weak levels when going direct into powered speakers.

Tried using this between my Kurzweil PC3K and QSC K10s (no mixer) and instead of getting a hotter signal, I got less signal (yes, pad was off). Tried every option on this box and was still disappointed. This unit is not designed to be used between synth workstations and powered cabinets, like the K10s, without a mixer so I'm returning it. For use with a mixer, the unit is probably fine as it seems well built (heavy) & high quality.

I use this for a korg kronos and a yamaha motif. I feel as though my instruments actually cut through the mix now. Very satisfied with the purchase.
