I've installed it and it works like a charm, and has been for 6+ months.
I would recommend replacing both at the same time because the installation is not easy... you have to take the fender off and the wheel well plastics out. Damn BMW.

Pump is as described and works like a charm. I wish they would include the right angle connector, as I had to bypass due to a constant drip. Great value for the price. I like it!

Bought this for 2008 528i. Please do not purchase this Pump. 1. No markings on pump or package, where it is made, Probably China. 2. Grommet is not you get what is standard in my E60, its way shorter and sure to leak after some time, i used my original. 3. Pump nozzle which attaches to the intake of plastic pipe which goes to spray heads is thinner and will leak at the entry point. 4. Pump is so weak that it does not even get the washer fluid spray half way my windshield from Driver side closest spray head. From passenger side spray head nothing comes out. 5. electrical connector does not fit properly, so had to file the notch on pump to fit it. Total waste of money and now i will have to spend more time to work on it after i purchase another better pump. Not sure if Amazon will take it back, but i will try.

Bought this to replace the leaky washer fluid pump in my 2008 535i. It fits perfectly and no more leaks but keep in mind that the water pressure is very weak. The stream only reaches about a 12-18 inches up the windshield. As long as you know that, it will work ok. Also, there was no grommmet in my package as the photo currently indicates.
