Wow! I heard that wheatgrass juice powder would cause one to lose weight! I just received my order two days ago and started using it yesterday. This morning I put it in my smoothy and sat down to eat my usual breakfast and could only eat half of it. I could not eat another bite, and I am one who was taught to clean my plate, which I usually do, no matter how full I am. However, some how I am so satisfied that I can not force myself to eat anymore. In the past, I was never satisfied. This has changed my life!

Since this is my first foray into wheat grass -- and it's only been a few days -- I'm not sure how much validity this has, but here goes: I have made smoothies, essentially masking the not so great taste of the wheat grass. I've found that these smoothies do give me more energy and I like that. It has only been a few days, but I do feel a difference, hopefully not just a placebo effect!

I had been having Amazingrass for 2 years and I had been getting good results from it.
This year though, I wanted to try out different brands especially those that produce wheatgrass "Juice" powder.

I got the powder today and had the first cup with coconut water which didn't really go together well haha. Second time though, I mixed with Almond Breeze (almond milk, no sugar, original) and it tasted good. I am used to taking wheatgrass powder with just distilled water or almond milk so what I can tell you is that this powder is more fine than Amazingrass for sure. It smells really good when you open the package too. The color's deep but vibrant green like matcha green tea. I will have to mix it with just water to really tell the real flavor of this but so far, I would say that the flavor is not as strong as Amazingrass.

This is my second order of this product. It is just like Dr. Berg's but at an affordable price. I found out the hard way this does not mix with water (yuk!). The best way I have found to drink this is to put in a shaker bottle with a little almond milk. Just using water doesn't cut it and neither does stirring it. It must be shook up. I get an overall good feelling since using this product. I can't say of any other results I have noticed just yet, but time will tell. Happy Greens drinking! Shake! Shake! Shake!

I've been happy with all of the Terrasoul products so far and continue to occasionally buy them when I feel like I'm on a little health kick. I bought this because I know it is important to get the juice powder, not just the wheatgrass powder which doesn't allow you to digest the nutrients nearly as well. It is reasonably priced considering the cost of getting a shot at the juice bar with nearly all the same benefits
