The boom has two moving joints, and the body spins 360; however, the tracks come off non stop, the vehicle is hard to drive, it was screwed into the package, and feels like it will break at any time.

I payed $12 for this aND it came out to be the size of a little hot wheel. I was hoping for it to be bigger. You did not mention in the description how big it was.
The toy looked nice, but as we took it out the package ...

The toy looked nice, but as we took it out the package a piece fell off then the tire tread came off the tracks. It is nice if you want to look at it but not great for playing with it.
