My favorite sardines are the tiny ones packed two layers per can. These are materially larger than that; but the flavor and texture is almost as good. I generally eat sardines with wasabi mustard and these work really well served in that way. As I seek ways to get ample amounts of omega three oils, these have become a staple food.

Well worth the price to have a good supply on hand. I can eat a whole can of these at once!

I like sardines, and in particular I like larger ones. These are not large - not by a fair margin. However, they are flavorful, and I rather like that aspect of them, it adds some well-appreciated variety to my tinned fish rotation. The ingredients are flavorful, the fish is of a good quality (if a *bit* small). The oil is decent - if you are accustomed to higher quality oils you might be disappointed, but this is better than typical and makes a great dipping oil to use with some crusty white bread after you finish the fish.

If it is relevant, these are not spicy at all.

I bought the pack, because it was substantially less expensive than individual cans and I can finish them off over the next year or so. I may purchase other packs as well, if the idea works out. The package arrived in good condition, with no damage to individual cans, and everything looks to be in good order.

Would recommend.

My four year old son and I eat them sometimes for breakfast or as snacks in the afternoon or evening.

These are my favorite sardine brand....lightly smoked, great on a salad with balsamic vinegar dressing or in a old fashioned toast sandwich, or frankly straight out of the can. Great for those on lower carb diets. tasty indeed.
