Easy to change

This filter is very easy to replace with a minimal loss of fluid. Too bad all transmissions didn't have a filter like this to help extend the life of the transmission.

Broken Magnet

i should have checked inside the box before i took the old one off, the magnet was in two pieces broken.! i should have taken the hint when i saw that the box had been taped with and extra piece of clear packing tape. I've used these filters before and have never had this problem. i would have returned but needed to get my truck back together. I just used there old magnet.

Perfect fit for the Allison transmission. I reused my original magnet and I'll save this one for 'just in case'. I'll just order the filter without the magnet next time. I replace the filter every time I change my engine oil. Why not, I'm already there and it takes 2 minutes.
