I was told to buy this noodle type by my homeopath. It is a low inflammation noodle and low carb. It feels good in my body. I enjoy it. The trick though is to first boil it then sauté it with lots of spices and some oil, vinegar.... It gives them the taste.

Delightful texture. Easy to prepare for almost any dish. Seems much lighter in the belly, but filling.
