Mixed with boiled linseed oil in a baked beans can. 50/50 makes a rust preventative coating. I used it on a vise I restored. Leaves a very nice waxy coating. I baked the vise at 350 for a little, and painted the mixture on. Baked it for a while let it bake on the rest of the night while it cooled off. Nice caramel finish.
