The product works very well, however, it did not come with a manual or the remote as advertised. I tried calling the numbers listed on the product but they were invalid. I even tried contacting their website, with no luck. I will keep it as it does fir my needs but I am very susceptible about the company it came from.

The heating aspect could be much better, but it is made up for by how fantastic the product looks. It lights up and looks like a real fire, and does not look the least bit tacky as I thought it would when I bought it.

I like how it looks and it's very quiet. The only issue I have is the thermostat seems to be off a bit. It seems to read quite a bit warmer than it actually is. Just to be sure I moved another heater into the room and put it next to this one. That one would say it was 65 degrees in the room where this one would say it was 85. Therefore, it would shut off much sooner than it should to keep the room at the temperature I wanted.

Super nice little heater! It's a little smaller than I thought but still very glad we purchased. It easily warms our 20x30 living room. So relaxing to sit and watch the "logs burning". I plugged it in right out of the box and immediately enjoyed it!
