Near perfect for teriyaki

It may be a bit pricey but it is flat out the best marinade for flank steak teriyaki I have found in a bottle. I inherited a recipe from a Hawai'i Gas Company natural gas bill form the mid-sixties that was, undoubtedly the best, but that recipe has disappeared after several moves. This Kentuckyaki sauce gets very close. I also use it for dipping sushi, since it has far less sodium than even lite shoyu, but still packs plenty of flavor.

Received my first bottle of this as a Christmas gift a year ago from a Kentucky relative; was delighted to be able to replace my empty bottle via Amazon. It is delicious and a great alternative to my usual Kikkomann's low sodium teriyaki sauce. Kentuckyaki has even less sodium, less sugar, and tastes just as good as the Kikkomann's (perhaps even better).

Absolutely delicious on everything cold or hot. I've experimented with a lot of food and it works well on so many things.
Burgers, salads, of course Asian cuisine, several types of rice, and on some sandwiches.
Lasted as long as it should without altering in taste or smell.

Perfect on all meats and fish. Love it on salmon! Makes all meat better. Also, used on rice works well.
