Got this for the older guy downstairs who is a huge Packer fan as a thank you gift as we had a never-ending plumbing issue that was finally worked out. I wanted to get him something functional as we live in smaller condos ....he decided to stick it on the shelf as it was very cool sharp looking to him. I just laughed & said well at least you like it. so not sure it holds colds well but it seems very well made as I checked it over before gifting.

Got this for a coworker and it is the best made tumbler I've ever seen. It feels so sturdy and well insulated I'm debating ordering another for myself. Purchased the Cardinals Tumbler. Very cheaply made. Logo creates a ridge on the cup and it is already coming off. It does not maintain temperature. The bottom has come off and the cup leaks now. It is difficult to buy Christmas gifts on amazon if you don't want to wait till the last minute, you end up forfeiting the ability to return items that end up being crap once you use them.

I bought this cup for my husband for Christmas. I only hand wash, but yesterday he poured coffee in the cup and it all came running out of the bottom!! The end tire bottom separated. Very disappointed and the cup should have at least lasted for 6mths. I need to know what I can do about getting a new one, or returning it for my money back. Please let me know what I need to do. The outside is nice but the whole piece doesnt feel heavy. The inside is plastic which is ok but because of that it doesnt keep the drink hot or cold. What is more annoying is that it isnt spill proof. The lid fits tight enough but if you tilt it, the liquid spills from the drinking spout. No matter how tightly i try to close it, it is never tight enough. So basically you have to make sure you hold the bottle upright or you will have your cold coffee spilled all over... Disappointing since the outside looks really niece. I expected more from the officially licensed product.
