I have owned a different inversion table for many years when it finally broke during a move a couple of years ago. I have back pain (HNP at L4-L5) and finally needed to purchase a new inversion table. I am 6'2" and 250lbs. This purchase is the best thing I bought all year. It is very well constructed and designed. I especially enjoy the heated lumbar pad that has programmed vibrating massage. This is much much better than my old machine. 15 minutes at 30 degrees incline and I am a new man. Highly recommended

Good product, easy setup and comfortable. The only flaw I would point out is having to bend over to latch your ankles in place. For someone like myself with a herniated disc, that can be very difficult and painful. I had to tie a rope to the knob so that I can activate the ankle lock while standing.

I had done a lot of research on inversion tables, and decided on this one based on reviews. We have had this table for a month now, and are still impressed with it! It is super sturdy, and all of the parts fit like they should. All the tools needed for assembly were provided in the box. I have to admit that the heat and massage pad is my favorite, and I sometimes use it without the inversion table. It has a alternating low, medium, or high massage function along with the heat.
My only negative: I was hoping that it would lay flat so that I could store it underneath my bed. However, the handles aren't removable and don't allow for a super flat storage.

very nice inversion table very sturdy easy top assemble has video link for assembly if needed.. Paid over three times the money for a poorer quality table over 10 years ago nowhere near the quality of this table.
