From St. Louis area and this is a staple for steaks. Makes any steak better. Only advice do not marinate too long will be salty. Turns any ribeye to amazing

Always pierce the steak with a fork and pour the sauce on it and let it sit at room temperature for about one hour before cooking. Great flavor, tender steak.
