Well made, comfortable. Great protection allowing for more contact in my training.
provides excellent coverage with minimal reduction of visibility

Durable and light, provides excellent coverage with minimal reduction of visibility. Only drawbacks are a soft area on top of the head, and the fact that cold steel bokken can pass through the face grid, requiring supplemental eye protection.
Good face protection

I am a beginner in sparing so after I had my lip cut I looked into some full face protection. I am content with this item and last night I got some strong punches through my defense but this head gear saved me.
Does Not Work if fencing with swords

Helmet fit snug and felt good wearing it. Provided 360 degree head protection as well as throat and sides of neck protection. The mask holes are small, however if you plan to fight with sword a blade can fit through the holes. It did not work for fencing so I had to return it.
Protect ya' Neck!!

This gear is good. However it's very tight along the jaw. It does the job VERY WELL if you're just getting into armed, full contact combat. But you still havhave to be careful because the spacing between the bars is wide enough for some penetration and the pads around your throat will let you feel it.
