I received this runner rug a few days ago. It looks exactly like the image on amazon. The colors are very nice. The bolded title of the item says "2' x 5'" runner, but the box I checked listed the size as 20" by 59". It was a hair shy of that size, but we are using it. I emailed the seller and got a quick reply. I could have chosen a refund but the rug will work in the area by our sink. It's just not quite as wide as we'd like. I ordered the same rug in a larger size and it measures exactly what was listed. Now I am going to order a few smaller versions. The customer service is outstanding. The rug seems durable. We haven't had it long enough to deal with stains, but the pattern will help to mask some dirt, cat hair, etc.

We first received a very nice looking rug but one end was cut crooked. After contacting the seller, the seller shipped a replacement that is perfect. We really like the design and that it doesn't slip on our hardwood floor. I must say the seller came through with flying colors in my book. Big thanks for making it right!!

Nice little accent rug for the price. I wanted something that was functional yet elegant for the cat's new dinette set and this one fits the bill. The 3x10 runner is wonderful. Our entrance is high traffic with seven people and a dog in the home, and I needed the rug to protect our wood floors from the rain and mud of our wet Pacific Northwest weather. The rubber backing protects the floors from water and keeps it in place, which is much needed for the seniors in the home.
I have had high-end plush wool carpets, but that was not what I needed for this area. I was surprised and so happy to find that at the price point it is beautiful and extremely well made, The deep red, black, grey, and ecru are the perfect match to our more expensive rugs in the living and dining rooms. I'm totally satisfied . . . and it arrived in two days!!
