This is my sons favorite flavor of kind bar! It is yummy, not too sweet and very satisfying for a snack. My favorite is the dark chocolate mint, but they are all good. I am happy to have something that my diabetic son (they are all low glycemic sweetened) can have and is also vegan, dairy free and gluten free, but still tastes great! These are life-savers!

After looking into various workout / protein bars, I tried KIND bars (specifically the maple glazed pecan and sea salt). They are low in calories at only 210, low in overall carbohydrates (13 g, sugar 5 g), and high in protein at 5 g. Amazingly, even being all natural and relatively healthy, they taste great. The taste isn't like plywood artificially sweetened like some protein / workout bars.

After reading a few sites' recommendations, these work best if eaten before a workout, so I've been trying them that way to give me energy before heading to my company's gym. I do end up eating one sometimes on days when I'm not going to the gym, because they taste so good. That says a lot about the product's flavor that I actually want to eat them other times.

These are my favorite KIND bars ever.
So great to grab as a quick snack for the day when I'm in a rush.

My first time trying the Maple Glazed Pecan, and I find myself reaching for these over the chocolate sea salt ones more often than not. Will definitely reorder.

Hey sports fans. Although, not as good as my favorite flavor, Blueberry Vanilla & Cashew. They still come in handy as a quick snack, on the go. Never leave home on an empty stomach. I'd recommend this product. Have a great day.
