My three year old loves this. It's not too fast, he rides it around in the house. I think it could be a bit sturdier - the foot rests came off almost immediately, and some of the frame is bent out of shape from my five year old sitting on the back of it (behind the seat). That happened when he wasn't riding it appropriately, but something meant for young kids should hold up a little better.
