Barilla makes a trustworthy and affordable gluten free noddle alternative, with the elbows especially cooking up into one of the softer textures (don't cook the elbows as long as the Barilla penne or rotini or they will be overdone). Sometimes the corn-based pastas have a texture my children don't love, and the softness of these elbows helps to mitigate that. Definitely our children's favorite GF choice from Barilla.
We also love the texture of Banza chickpea pasta and the taste of Jovial for other GF pastas. Barilla is certainly the most affordable and accessible.

My daughter and I are gluten intolerant so I don't keep anything with gluten in the house. But I love to cook and with 2 young kids pasta is a must. Barilla GF pasta is the best (in my opinion) for taste, quality, cooks and tastes like non-gf pasta and actually reheats well. Only 4 stars since the bull packaging and shipping breaks the noddles up a bit. Not excessively, but much more than pulling a box off a shelf at the grocery store.
