I was quite nervous to order this based on previous reviews but I'm very surprised in the build of this softbox. The packaging was not damanged and all parts were included.

I have mixed feelings about this Softbox. I have a small garage studio. This is a behemoth in a small space. This is a good thing to get a lot of light on the subjects-especially for a full family. But it is hard to move around in a small space. I am also looking for a softer light, so I am purchasing another soft box which has the light shining into soft box, hitting a white deflector, then coming out through the front. This soft box has the light coming directly out the front which is too harsh for me. I will use this soft box for bigger families to get more light wrapping, and in larger shooting areas. So I think realistically, more like a 3.5 stars I've only been a photographer for a year and just now getting into studio lighting.
