This is a great heavy duty cart. I use it on a construction site to keep all of my tools together and make them easily transportable in a moments notice. The only issue I had was the bars that connect the shelfs would fall out sometimes. It was a simple fix, I just put screws in each one to hold it all together. I havent had a problem since and it is still in great condition, even after being abused on a construction site. I recommend this product for construction workers, restaurants, mechanic shops, warehouses, etc.

I received this cart last week, and am very pleased with it. I bought it to hold art supplies (taking beginner classes in various art media), and may eventually use it to hold tools in my wood working shop. Assembly took 10 minutes at most, easy to do (and I have at least 6 thumbs out of 10 digits). Sturdy construction, ample shelf space and space between shelves. I don't know about assembling and disassembling repeatedly as noted in the questions. I doubt I will ever take it apart, but I'm guessing that's possible with some effort. Bottom line, I would buy it again.
