Switched from Revv

Just tried this coffee and love it! Bold, Strong and Smooth.
I've been buying Revv for ~ 4 years. In fact, I would purchase 2 boxes (22 count) of Revv from Amazon every month. For whatever reason, revv stock disappeared on Amazon and prices sky-rocketed. OK, time to try something else... I ordered this Death Wish and found something I like better! Now ordering Death Wish. This should be a lesson to any company in a free market society, do not let stock-outs and shortages happen, as it gives your customer a chance to try alternatives.
By the way, with Revv, I would brew 2 K-Cups on Low setting for 1 cup of strong coffee. With Death Wish, I only need to use 1 K-cup (big savings!!) for a LARGE cup of coffee. It's just as strong or stronger than Revv. The difference? Revv has an acidic "bite" going down the throat. Death Wish goes down smooth, no acidic bite. How Death wish made strong coffee with a smooth after taste is a mystery.

Great Coffee for a Keurig Brew (PS Clean your Keurig!)

Death Wish Coffee is one of the novelty brands of coffee that surely has transcended its novelty, making it a quality brand to carry steadily in one's own coffee stock.
I've been a fan since I first tried their original whole bean blend years ago and every year I look forward to their spiced holiday blend.
This time I decided to try their K-Cup product, "Death Cups," as my own sloth hasn't gotten the better of my usually traditionalist coffee habits.
Most coffee purists know without mentioning any K-Cup coffee will never hold a candle to a pressed or pour-over prepared cup. This holds true for Death Wish's own Death Cups.
With that being said, Death Cups are most certainly the best Keurig prepared coffee I've had. Death Cups are palatable black, which is a feat when compared to other products of this style from other companies. However, even Death Wish's solid blend can't escape that indistinguishable Keurig brewed taste that is ever present since I first used the machine with the sample cups with which it came.
The cups themselves are mesh as opposed to a solid plastic, so they're much quieter as the machine brews to a finish, which is a nice touch.
Overall, I'd recommend them. Any failings of the product are faults of the brewing method. Death Wish offers delicious coffee options for those brave few willing to put Death in their cup.
*Update 2/11/18*
I gave my Keurig a thorough cleaning and it made quite the difference. The flavor and strength of this coffee truly came through and made it very comparable to a whole bean brew of itself.
As such, this will be a mainstay in my coffee cabinet. Well done Death Wish!

This coffee is amazing! The title may be intimidating to some hesitant ...

This coffee is amazing! The title may be intimidating to some hesitant to try it, thinking it may be too strong; well, it isn't! Personally, I don't feel this coffee is any stronger than Cafe du Monde, Peet's or Starbuck's darkest blends. As soon as I open the package, the AMAZING AROMA perks me up, and that's without even had to have taken a sip yet! I buy this in the K-PODS and regular (ground) in the bag. DEATH WISH may be a bit pricey but it's VERY WELL worth it! Amazing tasting coffee, delicious lingering aftertaste and has the most beautiful aroma.
They absolutely do not work in any Style of Keurig Brewer.
N. Crowhurst✓ Verified Purchase•December 21, 2017
Though the item is described as, "Death Wish Single Serve Coffee Pods for Keurig/K-Cup Style 2.0 Brewers......", they do not work in a Keurig 2.0 Brewer; not even close. They are about 3/16" shorter than the K-Cups for a Keurig Brewer (Style 1.0, or 2.0), they have an approximate 1/8" lip all around the bottom of the pod, and both of those features make it to where the pod won't get punctured so that it will work. This product would not work in either our Keurig 2.0 - K400; or, our Keurig 1.0 - B60 Special Edition, machines. If you have a Keurig, you would be wise to not spend the $60. The item title is misleading and it's absolutely not correct.
Not bad coffee....but really not very strong
Kll799✓ Verified Purchase•May 28, 2017
Maybe I am just immune to the effects of caffeine after drinking so many Starbucks venti cold brews....but I cannot say that this coffee is anything different than any other kcup. I am sad to say this, as I was really hoping for a strong cup of coffee! The taste is actually quite muted when compared to an espresso based or cold brewed coffee. Not bad, just not the "10 cups strong" as advertised. : /
