Poor quality, poor service

I was so disappointed when this stopped working on the third day that I had it. Unfortunately the company will not replaced, nor will Amazon because it's a third party vendor. Seems unfair for something that was rather costly.
The green star lasers stopped working and all that functions is the blue nebula cloud. Too bad. I was really excited about this. Disappointed in the product and customer service.

I am really happy I went with this one. I looked at a few other star projectors and while they had accurate constellations they where really just projectors with slides on them. The only way it seems to get a good one was to drop $1500-$500 for a higher end model. None of the $100 models were very impressive and all were dated with no new releases in years.
The blue nebula effect is really lovely and the green stars have a nice muti rotation pattern. It gives the background effect I was looking for to fill in the high ceiling I have in my bedroom that I am otherwise not able to decorate due to restriction on putting holes in the walls from my landlord. I have blackout curtain in my room and even during the day it puts off enough light to be enjoyable.

A friend had one of these and I was impressed. I read the reviews and was concerned that so many said it was flaky. Ordered it anyway and hoped for the best. It worked just fine the first time I used it. Very cool effects (five stars). The second time I used it the stars went blurry. I am sending it back and ordering another.

I just bought this and set it up in my bedroom. It is a truly awesome light show. Everything rotates around very slowly and it is very realistic. I highly recommend this light. Some people have complained about the fan but, it's not very loud at all and I like to sleep with a fan on anyways.
