Bad shipping will mince your tiles...

arrived before the holidays, damaged box, but didn't think much of it. During the holidays I got to it, and realized that almost every single tile was damaged in one way or the other.
I hear this is a good product, but the way it arrives at your door makes it really hard to work with. I don't understand how it's possibly going to arrive in one piece when shipped.
And the worst thing is that I had to make do with all these damaged tiles since I could only get the time and the help to put them up during the holidays.
I wish I could rate the shippers but there is no button for that....
