I bought this for my husband and he thinks it is great. The fact that it has a top and he doesn't have to work with foil makes the process much easier. We are going to try it with veggies now too. Sliced potatoes worked well. It's a little pricey but a very good quality product, so it's worth it to us. We looked at many grill pans and this one seemed to fit all the requirements.

This puts all other grill pans to shame. It is a petite size, but perfect for two or you can cook with both sections at the same time. Delicate foods do not stick and clean up is a breeze. I don't know why it took so long to figure out how to make a quality, non-stick grill pan.
