Terrible Quality - Falls apart before you know it.

5 stars for comfort. Zero for quality. After only 144 hours of driving time, it's falling apart. It is shorter than shown in the picture. It is also too narrow. There is no way to install it, you must invent that yourself. Unfortunately, this is probably true of all the 'bead' seat covers. Where this one really fails, is the cheap fishing line that is weaved throughout. If they'd used a small wire, I'd give them 5 stars, because it would last for years. I guess I will have to keep buying them, until I find one that is manufactured to last more than a day.

Popped this into a 2004 Pontiac Vibe a few months ago and it's holding up strong! It's only held in place by the seat's head rest (pulled off the head rest and put it back on between the beads).
I imagine if you slide around on it, the fishing line or whatever is holding all the beads together will stretch & break, but if you're gentle it should last a long time.
The Air Conditioning broke in my car years ago, but with the windows down, air can now circulate under my bum and back. Good purchase, good quality. It smelled a bit funny for a few days (a bit plasticy and new), but now it's good to go!

This seat cover is head-and-shoulders above any other beaded seat covers I've used. It actually covers the WHOLE seat side to side, with ample length. The only drawback is that there is no way to secure the seat cover to keep it from sliding sideways when I get in and out of the vehicle. I had a similar problem with a prior beaded seat cover and tried to secure it using a bungee cord, but that caused the plastic "thread" to break and beads rolled everywhere.

This is a good product. And it shipped to us earlier in the process, which was nice. I'm happy with its comfort, and that it helps make my car's black vinyl seats in our hot climate much more tolerable. Fitting it onto my seats wasn't a fully obvious process, but I got them both to work. (2 for each driver/passenger seat). There needs to be some simple mechanism or velcro loop to fasten the lower 1/3rd portion to the horizontal portion of the seat. I intend to jury rig something, but it feels like there must be a simple solution to that. (When stopping in traffic the un-occupied beads fly forward dumping whatever object I might have on the passenger seat onto the floor).

Makes my pleather seats more comfortable and not as hot in the desert heat! The only reason I did not give these covers five stars is the fact that they move sideways on the seat since they can only be attached on the top and not on the very bottom, nevertheless I find it a lot more comfortable to sit on the seats with them as opposed to without!
