We use this board in my Pilates Studio class. It is the exact same board except for a stretch bar at the Number 6. I really wish that it had that but not enough to downgrade a star. The board is sturdy and many YouTube videos are available for using it.

I have been working out since 1976. I started running and then picked up weigh training. Continued both until 2014 when I started Pilates. The Springboard classes were my favorite because of my weigh training I had the form down and loved figuring out new exercises on it. This is by far my best purchase. No need for a trainer, gym, pilates studio and with some of the money I saved I bought a bicycle! Now I just need to add a full length mirror to my studio and I am set.

Professional quality board, the same product used by Club Pilates. Does not come with video instruction, but many are available on YouTube. Provides a space saving way to do many many pilates exercises. If you don't have room for a reformer, or don't want to spend the added cost, this is a great solution.

In terms of content, there are free YouTube classes by Bennie Barre Pilates Studio. They are pretty short, but if you subscribe to her Patreon page, you get 30+ full length classes. It really helps you make the best use of the springboard.
