These work so well as unreasonably large slingshot ammo XD
Though they seem to have an unfortunate tendency to pass through my backstops and lodge themselves in the earth where I can't find them.
I can't speak to their usefulness as a monkey's fist core, but i can attest to the fact that the steel these are made of is quite hard, and will resist denting or chipping even after hitting a brick at quite high speeds.
