If you have anxiety give udo’s a try!

I love udo's!
I purchased this item because I researched the effect of flaxseed & omega oils for keeping anxiety and depression at bay.
I drink a full tablespoon of udo's daily with a cup of pineapple juice and my kids also drink it without complaint.
I hadnt noticed a huge improvement in my anxiety except for when I ran out of pineapple juice I stopped taking udo's for a few days and literally started having panic attacks that landed me in urgent care - I was taking an inventory of what triggered me into a panic attack and then I realized the only change in my day to day routine was I ran out of pineapple juice thus stopped drinking my daily Udo's.
I suppose you can take it straight without juice to mask the flavor - but I don't care much for the taste of this oil.
Keeping my anxiety attacks at bay and keeping me out of the doctors office and off psych meds is enough for me to be a lifelong udo's customer.
*I take udo's daily in addition to eating nutrient dense foods and other holisitc remedies to treat anxiety!

I love it & eat half tablespoon w/ my breakfast. It kills the cravings for food addictions especially poultry skins. W/o this oil blend, I cannot keep away from poultry skins. It also keeps sugar cravings in check. I would buy it again as needed.

This thing works great...gives me a lot of energy after a week of taking this...the taste takes a little bit of getting used to, it's just the thought of chugging down oil that gets me. I mix 3 tablespoons with a little bit of milk or chocolate milk and everything goes down smoothly, it just has a little bit of a nutty aftertaste.

I love Udo's Oil Blend!! I usually purchase it from the health food store however, I thought I would try it through Amazon. I was a little concerned about receiving it without it being cold packed. Just concerns me about freshness and the length of time it took to receive it. It states on the box for optimal freshness to keep it refrigerated.

My joints don't hurt! I have just started a job that is physically demanding and my body is not complaining: tired, yes but not aching or sore. I have been giving my eleven year old dog his dose twice a day. We are walking around the neighborhood, excuse me he is dragging me around the neighborhood like he used to.
