This is an older model so you call Inogen and all they want to do is sell you a new one. It's great being able to get parts for the one I have.

So thankful for extra battery for my mother's Inogen One. Medicare wouldn't cover an extra battery from Inogen (and they grossly over charge!). Now we can be out, and away from a power source for more than 3.5 hours. Battery works well, holds charge, as it should. Shipping was QUICK!
