excellent steamer for the price

Great steamer for the money. We use it daily in our detail shop and is holding up well. My detail manager loves it. We use it to spot clean carpet stains, clean interior panels with no chemicals, remove tint and a few other jobs here at the shop. It has become a go-to piece of equipment. It is all plastic, and I am worried about how it will hold up over time. But when you look at the price of the big professional steamer I feel like we are getting a great value.

This has taken my mobile detailing ability to the next level. I save so much time and have a better result using this than doing it all by hand. This was a great investment and I have already made up the purchase three times over in just one week. It will pay for itself! I am surprised how long it lasts with 64 oz. of water. Refilling time isn't too bad either.
Not a Miracle Worker

Hmm, where to start. Well if you are looking for a miracle worker..this aint it! It cleans, but if you watch the videos out there, they must have a super trick. I have used mine quite a bit. After the first use, the seal on the cap that you twist off to fill with water, well the seal came off. Anytime I would try to use it, steam would spit out of the hole. I called customer service and they didn't ask me anything but my name and address, no proof of purchase or nothing. They shipped me a new one and so far so good. If you want this to really clean build up, you have to really keep working at it. The customer service was a plus, but the product, to me..could use a lot more work. I've cleaned each of these items SEVERAL times, Jacuzzi jets (you still have to scrub to get black rings off), oven (I put on dawn to help release some of the grease), bathtub (still have soap scum), floor (it gets up junk on tile, but what really sticks to tile), tile grout (HAHA) yeah be prepared to ALOT of time on that..

I love this steamer. I'm disabled and needed something to help clean because I don't have any scrubbing power anymore. I had a spot on the edge of my counter in front of my stove top that I just couldn't get clean short of using a steel wool pad. I used the steamer and all the stuck on grease just came right off. My only issue is I'm not sure how to get all that nasty, gooey stuff out of the brush bristles. Lol I'll figure it out though. Oh I also wish it had a way to coil the hose when it's not in use. Also the net accessory holder isn't that great. I'll be figuring something else out for that. But those are little things that the positives far outweigh. I love this steamer!

I've had several shark steamers. Each one failed with in weeks of purchase. I thought I'd try a different brand. Well, the trigger on the handle failed with in two days. Steam erupted from the handle and scalded my hand. I called support and with in 5 minutes they gave me a RMA and to speed things up they had me email a picture of the unit with the hose cut off. Should get th new one tomorrow 5-4-16. I really like the cleaner, does a good job, just hope I have no more problems.
