Tried the red laces, and they broke the first time I tightened up my boots. Had used the blue ones for ~6months prior before they broke, but it seems like the quality control is lacking.

Pulled one the laces through and it snapped! Brand new product. Not acceptable. The width of the laces was larger than what I needed also.

Stronger than the ones that I got recently that only lasted a week. These have been on about three weeks and are showing some cracking (heavy duty?), but my primary disappointment is that they aren't as "Dark Brown" as I hoped they would be. They are milk chocolate color with a reddish tint.

My husband is a officer and has to wear is boots daily. He needs them laced tight and stay secure the ought his 12 hr shift. He has went through plenty of laces.
First thing, it came with 2 sets of laces. The title didn't make it sound like 2 set but just one pair. Nice little bonus!
Second, they are super durable, genuine leather!!! He has been using them for 4 month now and they have not shown any signs of tearing. When laces up they stay tight and secure and the laces do not untie! They are long enough to lace through the boot and have plenty of room to tie.
