It's a pain to replace, but well worth the effort. I had to replace both doors since they went out a month or two apart. We have been living without the doors for 7-8 months and it is so nice now. It's like a new van.

Find the right dc motor and your problem is fixed, this actuator is really over priced for the internal parts 2 plastic gears and a dc motor encased in plastic mold w/ grease. but hey it beats Toyota, they wont even sale the actuator just the whole panel with time consuming cables for hundreds of $$$.
