Bought the red one for a devil costume on Halloween everyone loved it. Literally said it made the costume. There was a buzzing sound but I was in a loud environment and could only hear it when it was quiet. You will need to have something underneath to cover your assets like spandex or leggings. I wasn't aware of that when I boutique it. Overall, the tutu was great and was a great addition to my costume!

Well, the IDEA is pretty neat, but the actual execution is pretty poor. The LED strip is bright and works great, but the skirt is difficult to wear, scratchy, and doesn't keep a nice looking form. You CAN bind the LED strip for a few hours to sort of force it to take a specific shape, but overall it doesn't wind up looking particularly fantastic, and the LED strip will begin to separate from the skirt itself after just a little bit of dancing. Not recommended for EDM/Raves, but the idea is neat and can be done at home if you have the skill and creativity to make it work.
