This extract is miraculous & I only believe in its efficacy because I have used it for 2 months. I stopped all asthma meds (the asthma was controlled but I could not exercise & spent a lot of time in bed) and the next day I started to take the cordycep powder....I-AM-CURED! Was recommended to me by a holistic vet for my 13 yr ShihTzu. He has terminal liver cancer. I started him on this 2 months ago and his white cell count is now normal and red cell is on the higher side of low. He has more energy and looks over all better. We do have him in CBD oil for pain and a Denamarin for liver function but started this turkey tail mushroom supplement approx 3 weeks into the other listed supplements above and yes there was a definite change in him. We started with 1 tsp a day for 3 weeks and now 1/2 tsp a day (divide between meals unless he is off then 1 tsp) I highly recommend. Oh and not sure but have done 2 more rounds of blood test since starting and he keeps getting much better results each time so something's working.
Reishi - the way of Chinese medicine

There are 3 great medicinal Reishi products that I use: Ron Teegarden's Four Kings, Paul Stamets My Community and this. The first two are capsules. Capsules are OK, but this is more like a food. I add this to Coconut water in a shaker cup. Tastes like oatmeal, which I guess it is grown in. If you take a Reishi mushroom and boil it it tastes like wood, so this is a nice way to get Reishi without the horrible wood taste (think tea). If you take medicinal mushrooms (Reishi, Maitake, Cordyceps, Chaga, Turkey Tail, etc.) you won't be getting colds and viruses. Also, if you got talked into cancer Chemo or radiation, you need this big time. A steady diet of this will prevent cancer and other diseases. If you go to China, they have two healing tracks, Western Medicine and Chinese Medicine. Chinese medicine involves in many cases daily doses of Reishi, the mushroom of the Emperor.

I have tried the real thing and this product doesn't work very well at all, even when doubling the dosage. It isn't specified on the packaging how much is derived from mycelial biomass and how much is derived from the fruiting body. That is probably because most of it is derived from the mycelial biomass, meaning you get a bunch of ground up oats in the final product.

It works. I was under enormous sleep deprivation stress and I still felt OK thanks to this product. I should have had a migraine and hated my life and the whole nine yards when one is greatly sleep deprived, but this product saved me from a lot of pain.
