Helps to keep moving all day and forget the joint pains I have. It also helps me to forget most of my bunion pain I have in my foot. I also take one before I go to bed to help with my back pain so I can get a better nights sleep. I sleep longer and don't wake up as much tossing and turning in pain.

Hard to get excited by pills, but this met all my expectations. Expiration is far enough into the future (1 3/4 years out) so I'll be able to use them for a while.

I've used these for the past ten years and can't recommend them highly enough. The dose is low enough not to bother my tummy and yet relieves all the aches and pains from an injured back, which I've coped with for the past 10 years.

Fantastic. I'm afflicted with a nerve inflammation on left leg which is quite, painful. I had to stop taking the Gabapentin prescribed because I was gaining weight, both pounds and water retention. So, bought this and believe it or not, if the pain is say, level 7, these do provide relief. It does not take it away, but brings it to where it is "manageable." They work good and it's a big bottle, too. And they are extremely affordable. Would and probably will buy again

If you suffer from horrible cramps during that "time of the month" these pills not only relieve the pain but also shorten the length of your "friend's" visit.
