This has really exceeded my expectations and I have used this at least once a day since receiving. I'm going through fruit at an insane rate and while I used to never finish a carton of blueberries or strawberries before spoiling, I'm now buying them three at a time every visit to the market; the best is just getting pre-frozen fruit from Costco. I have a massive sweet tooth and not uncommon for me to eat a quart of ice cream in a day and surprisingly this has really been a good substitute... And i can binge on fruit all I want and not have my stomach feel terrible. Texture is more like sorbet but more ice creamy than sorbet. You need to use bananas if you want it creamy but anything will work (mangoes are good too). I think the lower water content the better. Also I don't ever wait to thaw my fruit and it takes some muscle but it does come right out. So it's very quick to use and cleanup is also easy. Only gripe is the noise level. Visually it looks like it's pooping out rainbows. And that's how my digestive system feels too.

Edit: I used to get out a cutting board and chop all of my fruit up and put them in at intervals to get a nice mix, but now I don't even chop up and just pass everything through the machine twice. Texture is even better and everything gets mixed up really well and it's a faster process.

As soon as I received it I took out some frozen pineapple (2 handfuls) and (1 whole) banana chunks to thaw for the reccomended 3-4 minutes.

I rinsed all the pieces, assembled it, read over the instructions, and threw my fruit into it. Delicious! I actually made way too much and had to toss about a 1/2 c. worth away. Easy to rinse afterwards!

I bought this because my husband, my brother (who visits often and ALWAYS brings ice cream), and myself all have a bit of a sweet tooth. Also, I saw this on IG a long time ago and it had been on my Amazon Wishlist since forever... I finally bought it.

Wow!!! Wish I would have known about this little amazing machine a long time ago!!! I am just so pleased with it. I got it today, made my 1st fresh ice cream with pineapple, blueberries, strawberries and raspberries and a little honey and let me just say it's delicious and nice and creamy. My 2 year old loved it too and the clean up was a breeze. Recommend it to anyone!!

After using this a few times I was disappointed that I kept finding plastic parts in my snack. It turns out the inside of the machine was slowly peeling apart every time I put fruit through. I would return it but I have already gotten rid of the box.
