The bottle was a lot smaller than expected. I bought this for my husband who has severe back pain. He can't bend over some times it hurts so bad. I help apply this in the center of his back, along the vertebrae. You only need a small amount to rub in. The pain relief is pretty quick for him. The smell isn't so bad and it's a little oily, but gets absorbed quickly. Make sure you wash your hands as you don't want to get this in your eyes. The pain does come back, so its temporary. He uses it just before going to bed. This is one of the more effective items he's used that helps.

I ordeeed this bcuz someone recommended it. I had excruciating joint pain in my hips and knees. I could hardly walk and could only go up a few stairs with tears slowly. No kidding after one days use I had a pep in my step again and could climb those few steps.
Pain does come back but once I use it again it eventually goes away. I have been informed that I have severe arthritis in one knee and bone on bone on the other. I use it at least 2xs a day and it's yhe best I've felt in months. Finally not in severe pain every day. It smells like Vick's Vapor Rub a little less strong tho. Hope this helps. My case is severe and I'm just trying to by time or even better avoid surgery all together.
